Appointment & Cancellation Policy • Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Appointments are booked with intention, and late arrivals may impact your service. • If you arrive 15 minutes or more past your scheduled time, your appointment may be cancelled at my discretion. • Please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance for your deposit to be transferred. • All cancellations forfeit deposits. • No-shows, same-day cancellations, or cancellations within 24 hours will result in the 50% of the remaining balance being charged to the card on file.
